Acceptance Of Terms
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use Truth24. If you use Truth24 on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization. You must be at least 13 years old, or older where required by local law, to use the service.
Accounts And Access
Some features require an account created with Google sign-in, email sign-in, or another supported authentication method. You are responsible for keeping your account secure, providing accurate account information, and promptly telling us about unauthorized access. We may limit, suspend, or close accounts that violate these terms or create risk for other readers.
Free And Paid Use
Truth24 may offer guest access, limited free account access, and paid subscription access. Free accounts may be limited to a fixed number of full stories or premium features during a period, such as one full story per day. Paid subscribers receive the access described at checkout, subject to these terms and any limits shown in the product.
Subscriptions And Payment
Truth24 Premium may be offered for $10 per month unless a different price is shown at checkout. Subscriptions are processed by Stripe and automatically renew until canceled. You authorize Stripe and Truth24 to charge the payment method used at checkout for recurring fees, applicable taxes, and permitted adjustments. If a payment fails, access may be downgraded or paused. Cancellations usually take effect at the end of the current billing period unless the checkout or account page says otherwise.
Acceptable Use
Do not misuse Truth24, interfere with the service, bypass access controls, probe or attack systems, scrape or bulk copy content without permission, submit malicious code, impersonate others, violate law, or use Truth24 to harass, mislead, defraud, or harm people. Automated search-engine indexing of public legal pages is allowed when it follows normal crawler rules.
News, Publisher Content, And Source Links
Truth24 organizes public reporting, source metadata, article links, headlines, snippets, summaries, timelines, market references, and coverage signals. Publisher content belongs to the applicable publisher, author, licensor, or rights holder. Follow source links for the original reporting and any publisher terms that apply to that content.
AI-Assisted Briefings And Disclaimers
Truth24 uses automated and AI-assisted systems to classify stories, group related reports, summarize developments, explain source mix, and highlight what may change next. These signals can be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. Truth24 is for informational news discovery and research only. It is not legal, financial, investment, medical, election, emergency, or professional advice, and it should not be the only source you rely on for important decisions.
Our Content And Product Rights
Truth24, Going Merry, and their licensors own the service, software, design, product names, trademarks, original copy, compiled data views, and other protected materials we provide, except for publisher or third-party content. You may use Truth24 for personal reading and research, but you may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create competing datasets from the service unless we give written permission.
Feedback And User Submissions
If you send feedback, preferences, support messages, survey responses, or similar material, you allow Going Merry to use it to operate, improve, and promote Truth24 without owing compensation. You remain responsible for anything you submit and should not provide confidential, illegal, or third-party restricted material.
Privacy And Communications
Our Privacy Policy explains how Truth24 handles account data, preferences, usage data, subscriptions, cookies, analytics, and AI-assisted processing. We may send service emails about sign-in, billing, security, product changes, or support. Marketing messages, if offered, will include any legally required choices.
Changes, Suspension, And Termination
We may update Truth24, change features, modify these terms, or stop offering parts of the service. If changes are material, we will try to provide reasonable notice. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create legal or security risk, or use the service in a way that harms Truth24, Going Merry, readers, publishers, or partners.
Liability Limits
Truth24 is provided as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Going Merry and its service providers disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, billing provider outages, source errors, publisher changes, or decisions made from news or AI-assisted signals.
